Eligibility. You must be 18 or over, resident in India,
acting for yourself, and using money that is lawfully yours. One account per
person. A second account for the same person or PAN may be closed and any
referral commission on it voided.
Your account is yours to protect. Keep your password and
your one-time codes to yourself. Anything done through your session is
treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has
access.
Accuracy. The name, date of birth, PAN and address you
give must be true and must match your documents. A mismatch will hold up
verification, and until you are verified you cannot sell.
What you may not do. Use the platform for anyone else's
money, launder proceeds of crime, break sanctions, automate abuse of the
API, attempt to interfere with pricing or matching, or attack the
infrastructure. Any of these ends the account.
What we may do. Refuse a trade that appears fraudulent or
mistaken, hold escrowed units while we investigate a dispute, pause trading
when the price feed is unreliable, and change fees or settings with notice on
this site. Where we reverse something, it appears as its own ledger entry —
never as an edit to the original.
Fees. The buyer pays a platform fee taken from the ARV
they receive, never from the rupees they send, and the seller pays no platform
fee. The rate that applies is always itemised on the
order before you confirm it.
Cancellation and refunds. An unmatched order can be
cancelled at any time and the escrow is released in full. Once the units have
been released to the buyer the trade cannot be undone — it is an executed
transaction, not a purchase of goods, and there is no cooling-off period.
Because we never hold your rupees, there is nothing for us to refund; a
payment dispute is between you and the person you traded with, and we decide
only where the escrowed ARV goes.
Availability. We aim to be up continuously but we do not
guarantee it. Maintenance, host failure and feed outages happen, and during
an outage you may be unable to trade.
Limits on our liability. We are liable for our own
failure to execute what you instructed and for the ARV we hold in escrow for
you. We hold none of your rupees, so we are not liable for a payment another
user did or did not make. We are not liable for market losses, for the price
of Bitcoin, for your tax position, or for consequential loss. Nothing here
excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude — including for fraud.
Closing an account. Sell your ARV to another holder and
stop using the platform whenever you like. We keep the records we are required
to keep, for as long as we are required to keep them.
